Job Summary:

Trotman Auto Group is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our business growth.

About the Role:

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job fairs, employment centers, and professional networks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local schools, colleges, and universities, to promote Trotman Auto Group as an employer of choice.
  • Utilize social media platforms and other digital channels to promote job opportunities and engage with potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our roles.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and initiative.
