Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as a Carpenter Helper at Dhillon13 Construction Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
- Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the supervision of experienced tradespeople.
- Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
- Level earth to fine grade specifications, using various tools and equipment.
- Assist in demolishing buildings, safely and efficiently.
- Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, ensuring they are properly maintained and operated.
This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with repetitive tasks and overtime required at times.
Requirements- Physically fit and able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.
