Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Property Administrator to join our retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for lease administration, accounts receivable, and providing overall support to the Portfolio Administration and Property Management team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Assist with preparation and analysis for budgets and forecasts, and prepare work for budget files.
- Lease Administration: Manage lease setup, determine billing rates, make area adjustments, set up legal clauses, and support collections. Analyze accounts receivable balances, provide support and explanations to tenants, and ensure all legal documents are entered in a timely manner. Maintain tracker recovery rates and assist in preparing year-end packages.
- Administrative Support: Provide support to management and head office accounting and legal departments, including budgeting, tracking costs, tenant and lease information, and building information.
- Other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2-3 years in shopping centre administration with experience in lease administration, accounting, credit, and collections.
• Education: Completion of a university degree or college diploma.
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment that constantly evolves and adapts.
