Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Saint Germain Bakery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing dough, batters, and icings for a variety of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters according to recipes and special customer orders
- Train staff on pastry production and decorating techniques
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure high standards of quality and cleanliness
- Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods
- 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or pastry production environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Excellent communication and training skills
