Supply Chain Management Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Management Senior Manager to join our team at Mattel. As a key member of our Global Supply Chain division, you will be responsible for overseeing the supply chain planning and optimization processes across the Canada market.
Key Responsibilities- Manage supply chain relationships with top customers and suppliers in Canada.
- Improve the cost-effectiveness and develop the capabilities of Mattel Canada's supply chain to meet strategic growth objectives.
- Liaise with external parties to represent Mattel Canada in peer-to-peer meetings and joint projects.
- Manage supply chain projects, including identifying key steps, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Ensure high fill rates and effective inventory management.
- Raise the profile and visibility of the planning function and enhance reporting.
- Conduct process reviews and share best practices across Mattel planning teams.
- University degree required.
- 8+ years of related business experience.
- Experience with contemporary planning platforms required.
- Logistics/Supply Chain vocational qualification desired.
- Proven ability to manage internal and external relationships.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Excellent analytical and reasoning ability.
- Proven track record of people leadership and culture building.
