Lead the Way at Westwood Plateau

The Rogues Shift Leader is a key role at Westwood Plateau, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading the restaurant team during operational hours. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for the restaurant industry and want to build their professional background.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of cocktail mixing, wine service, and draft beer service.
  • Manage point of sales computer system transactions and cash out procedures.
  • Process credit and debit card transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Lead, manage, and work with the Rogues Restaurant Servers to ensure seamless service.
  • Ring in event tabs and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Serving It Right certification is mandatory, and Food Safe certification is an asset.
  • Previous experience in restaurant supervision and service, preferably in a hotel and/or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktail mixing, including ingredients and glassware.
  • Product knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor is an asset.
