Junior Administrative Coordinator

About Midas: Midas is committed to delivering exceptional services for customer vehicles, focusing on inspections, diagnostics, and repairs while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
Position Overview: We are looking for several entry-level administrative roles to support our shop manager with essential daily tasks and maintain communication with our head office.
Key Responsibilities:
This role involves a variety of administrative functions, including but not limited to:
- Data entry for daily purchase order logs and sales reports
- Preparing customer estimates
- Processing shop supply orders and necessary paperwork for head office
- Assisting with phone calls and email correspondence
- Maintaining cleanliness of the storefront and restocking supplies
- Supporting management with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will possess:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in office administration is preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Docs, and similar applications
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication abilities
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (subject to change)
Compensation:
$14.00 per hour
Midas locations operate independently and are managed by franchisees. All hiring decisions will be made by the management team at the specific franchise location.
