Job Title: Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at MY BOX (CANADA) TRADING LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our retail store operations, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Store Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Team Management: Manage and supervise a team of retail staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Merchandise and Inventory: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, locate and select products for resale, and implement price and credit policies.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth, study market research and trends, and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and oversee payroll administration.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills.
