Accounting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Supervisor to join our team at Devereaux Property Management Services Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve complex work problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve seamless operations.
- Prepare payroll and ensure its accuracy.
- Plan, set up, and administer accounting systems to optimize efficiency.
- Verify the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries.
- Lead a team of 5-10 people and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Public transportation is available for employees.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of organization.
- Accurate and efficient in all aspects of work.
- Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work effectively with others.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
