Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate family lawyer to join our family law team. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of practice-specific experience with a focus on family law, handling complex property matters, including farm files and corporate files, as well as custody and access matters, support claims, marriage and cohabitation agreements, adoptions, and child protection work.

Responsibilities

1. Carriage of and responsibility for managing client family law litigation files.

Work Environment

We offer a hybrid work schedule, with a work from home option one day per week, or more if needed. Our team is geographically located to attend court, and we value strong analytical and communication skills, an entrepreneurial attitude, and a love of technology and innovation.
