Job Overview

Enzo Developments Inc. is seeking a dedicated Construction Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that all aspects of the construction process are executed efficiently and effectively.

Education Requirements
  • Completion of a College or CEGEP program in a related field is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the activities of subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Assess daily operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet project timelines.
  • Select and manage trade subcontractors for various tasks.
  • Prepare and submit budget estimates for construction projects.
  • Recruit and supervise subcontractors' activities.
  • Develop and maintain construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress throughout.
  • Draft contracts and negotiate any necessary revisions or changes.
  • Establish and enforce policies and procedures for quality assurance.
  • Manage project budgets effectively.
  • Compile and present reports on project status and outcomes.

Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years of relevant experience.
