Job Title: Automotive Service Technician

Cindy Lou's Auto Rekker and Miracle Auto Sales is seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Service Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions, adjusting, repairing or replacing parts and components of automotive systems, and testing and adjusting repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to identify faults and malfunctions
  • Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications
  • Estimate parts and labor costs for vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Perform scheduled maintenance services
  • Test and adjust units to specifications
  • Provide customer service and advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements
Work Environment:

The work environment is dusty, hot, and noisy. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and perform physically demanding tasks.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, manual dexterity, and sound discrimination
  • Bending, crouching, and kneeling
  • Accurate, client-focused, dependable, and a team player
Language and Work Term:

The work language is English, and the work term is permanent. The working hours are 35 hours per week.
