About the Role

Ornge is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Critical Care Paramedic to join our team. As a Critical Care Paramedic, you will play a vital role in providing emergency medical care to patients in critical condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' injuries or illnesses to determine the most effective emergency medical treatment.
  • Pre-Hospital Care: Administer pre-hospital emergency care, including stabilizing patients and providing life-saving interventions.
  • Transportation: Safely transport patients to hospital or other medical facilities for further medical care.
  • Documentation: Accurately document and record the nature of injuries and treatment provided.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain ambulances and emergency care equipment and supplies to ensure they are in good working condition.
