Position Overview

Join our dynamic Food & Beverage team as a Beverage Service Associate, where you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service to our guests during various events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide courteous and efficient beverage service to patrons.
  • Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and ensure compliance with all relevant policies.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with knowledge and friendliness.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and monitor stock.
  • Represent our organization positively within the community.
  • Follow all health and safety standards as well as service protocols.
  • Work in accordance with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with additional tasks as required.

Note: As a Beverage Service Associate, you will engage with fans directly in their seating areas, offering a unique mobile service experience.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Smart Serve certification is required.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Experience in high-volume beverage service is advantageous.
  • Ability to serve alcohol responsibly and manage service refusals when necessary.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry items up to 35lbs and navigate stairs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform manual calculations for orders.
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
