Nail Salon Supervisor Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Omni Nails. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and Manage Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our nail technicians, ensuring they are meeting productivity and quality standards.
- Client Service: Assist clients with special needs, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards in nail art, gel and acrylic extensions, and other services.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit progress reports, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
- Training and Development: Train and develop our nail technicians to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Supervision: Supervise and mentor our office and volunteer staff.
- Additional Responsibilities: Provide gel and acrylic nail extensions, apply or remove artificial nails and nail art, and perform other tasks as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with occasional odours.
- Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, judgement, and organized.
- Free Parking: Available on site.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 32 hours per week.
