Front Desk Operations Manager

Mamma's Inn is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily front desk operations
- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Prepare and manage front desk budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Implement marketing activities to promote hotel services
- Enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests
- Address guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Establish and manage front desk schedules and staff rotas
- Organize and maintain front desk inventory and supplies
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
