Job Title: Floor Covering Installer

We are seeking a skilled Floor Covering Installer to join our team at End of The Roll Thunder Bay. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive high-quality flooring installations that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and measure surfaces to be covered
  • Measure, cut, and fasten underlay and underpadding
  • Install resilient floor coverings, hardwood floors, and other types of flooring
  • Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings
  • Prepare floors for installations and remove existing floor coverings and contaminants
  • Employ knee kickers and other equipment to stretch carpeting and perform double-bond carpet installations
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and physically demanding work
  • Steel-toed safety boots and tools
  • Organized and team player with 2 years of experience in the field
