Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and prioritize innovative strategies to improve digital adoption rates within our retail banking sector.
  • Lead complex projects, effectively guiding multi-functional teams towards successful completion.
  • Manage cross-functional programs, ensuring seamless execution and driving impactful results.
  • Analyze performance data and communicate key findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications

Experience and Knowledge:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in retail banking strategy or product management, demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry landscape.
  • Proven expertise in strategy development, business casing, and customer experience design, with a focus on digital solutions.

Skills:

  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, enabling you to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions.
  • Proven project and change management abilities, ensuring successful implementation of initiatives within a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills, fostering strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
