Job Title: Benefits Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Benefits Administrator to join our team at Bilsland Griffith Benefit Administrators.

Job Summary:

The Benefits Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial data, preparing monthly statements, and completing documentation for benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Store, update, and retrieve financial data
  • Perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing systems
  • Prepare monthly statements
  • Complete and submit documentation for benefits administration
  • Compile statistics and reports
  • Perform data entry
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Calculate pension benefits
  • Calculate premiums, contributions, and benefits for insurance policies
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Reliability and team player
