Job Title: Front End Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Supervisor to join our team at Regal Nails & Spa. As a key member of our sales and merchandising team, you will be responsible for overseeing the front-end operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities to sales team members to ensure seamless customer service and efficient sales processes.
  • Authorize Payments: Verify and approve payments by cheque, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Order Merchandise: Source and procure high-quality products to meet customer demands and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and minimizing losses.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing, optimal productivity, and excellent customer service.
  • Sell Merchandise: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data, merchandising trends, and personnel matters to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Resolve Issues: Proactively address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure efficient product flow.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate sales team members, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure excellent performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales and merchandising.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, and reliable.
  • Support for Diverse Groups: Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
