Technical Writer/Instructional Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer/Instructional Designer to join our team at Wenco International Mining Systems. This role involves working closely with our Technical Writing and Learning teams to create high-quality documentation and training materials for our software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a range of documentation, from technical software documents to clear and simple end-user guides, collaborating with stakeholders and fellow Technical Writers.
  • Design and develop training and learning solutions, working with key stakeholders and documentation personnel to plan, design, develop, and publish learning and training materials.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two to five years of relevant experience, preferably including software-related documentation development, certified training program development, and learning content creation using authoring tools like Articulate.
  • Experience with Madcap Flare, source management tools, and document preparation standards.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, technical writing certificate or degree, and excellent analytical and document design skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Agile process and principles, mining processes or technology.
