Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Receptionist to join our team at Ocean Breeze SPA Ltd. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate service areas, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and processed.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, providing clear and concise information to clients and staff.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping, to support the smooth operation of the front desk.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
