We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a Cashier, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Greet all customers in a polite and friendly manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere in our store.
- Process all purchase transactions efficiently and accurately, including deactivation of merchandise with respect to the EAS Program.
- Promote company sponsor programs, such as credit card services and charity initiatives, to enhance customer engagement.
- Assist customers with bagging and loading of merchandise, ensuring their shopping experience is convenient and hassle-free.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Refers appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
