DevOps Technical Coach

A leading telecommunications client in Toronto is seeking a skilled DevOps Technical Coach to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in helping teams adopt DevOps best practices and upskill their skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development teams to onboard to the Golden CI/CD Template
- Enhance and customize the Golden Pipeline based on team requirements
- Provide coaching on DevOps delivery, TDD, BDD, and shifting left security compliance
- Identify opportunities for automation and create training materials
- Participate in enterprise DevOps transformation efforts
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud platforms
- Expertise in configuration management, infrastructure provisioning, and container orchestration
- Experience mentoring, coaching, and leading teams
- Deep understanding of DevOps philosophy and Agile methods
- Ability to diagnose technical problems and coach on automation
What We Offer:
$130K - $160K per year + full benefits package
