Culinary Service Supervisor

As a Food Service Supervisor at Nebos Falafel House Inc., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishment. Your leadership will ensure that our team delivers exceptional service and high-quality meals to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently.
- Training: Provide training to new employees on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Inventory Control: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service meet established quality control standards.
- Budgeting: Prepare budget estimates and monitor expenses to maintain financial efficiency.
- Customer Relations: Address any customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
This position requires working in a fast-paced environment, where you will be on your feet for extended periods, performing tasks that may involve bending, crouching, and walking.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication abilities, and a client-focused approach. Flexibility and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.
