Job Title: Production Supervisor - Assembly

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Sound Design Technologies Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the assembly process, ensuring high-quality products, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and company goals.
  • Plan and coordinate the assembly process, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
  • Communicate technical information, processes, and solutions to team members and other stakeholders.
  • Arrange training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Supervise a team of 11-15 labourers in processing, manufacturing, and utilities.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production and delivery of products.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
