Job Description

Job Summary:


• Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the HR Manager across all human resources functions.


• Manage and actively engage in the complete recruitment process.


• Deliver exceptional service to all staff by effectively addressing all concerns and inquiries.


• Aid in the execution of HR strategies, policies, procedures, and programs.


• Ensure effective oversight of daily human resources operations to meet departmental and organizational objectives.


• Provide sound advice on legal matters and compliance with labor regulations.


• Offer support to our branches in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:


• Assist in the development and evaluation of organizational structures within supported divisions, acting as a catalyst for cultural change.


• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for designated roles, including job profile creation, sourcing strategies, candidate selection, interview coordination, background checks, and offer presentation.


• Support payroll processing, ensuring accurate tracking of vacation and sick leave.


• Respond to employee inquiries promptly and professionally.


• Establish and maintain accurate employee records and databases.


• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires.


• Contribute to the formulation and enhancement of HR policies and procedures.


• Provide assistance on various HR projects and tasks as required.


• Serve as the primary contact for all HR administrative inquiries.


• Participate in the annual performance review process and succession planning initiatives.


• Organize and maintain HR documentation and correspondence with relevant governmental bodies.


• Support compliance efforts with both state and federal employment laws.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.


• 2-4 years of experience in human resources as a generalist (CPHR designation is an advantage).


• A passion for working in a dynamic environment, with a willingness to lead and foster growth opportunities.


• Prior knowledge and/or experience with US employment regulations.


• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.


• A commitment to personal growth and career advancement.


• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.


• Ability to maintain effective internal and external relationships.
