About the Role

Westburne is a leading provider of energy solutions, renewables, lighting, wire & cable, automation, and connected network solutions. As a Inside Sales/Counter Associate, you will play a key role in building relationships with our customers, assisting with product inquiries, maintaining customer databases, and processing orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between customers and field sales representatives to provide sales support.
  • Consistently achieve a high level of customer service, making a personal impact on our customers.
  • Build brand recognition by supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences, ensuring our corporate image is reflected.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of prior inside/counter sales experience.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a good attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to impart knowledge.
