Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Penske Truck Leasing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our distribution center operations, ensuring seamless execution of our business plan, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse associates to achieve operational excellence and meet customer key performance metrics.
  • Develop and execute annual financial and operating plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging best practices and resources to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, associates, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of related functional experience, with 3+ years of managerial or supervisory experience in distribution center management.
  • High School degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Access.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive results-oriented initiatives.
