Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term contract for 12 months. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers of the TA process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confirm participant availability and schedule all phone screens, teleconferences, and in-person interviews with all participants
  • Create and send offers/contracts (or updated offers if necessary) to the candidate
  • Notify relevant parties in the event of adverse impact for communication to affected candidates (step based on legal requirements for some countries)
  • Review results of pre-employment due diligence testing
Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of experience in HR functions
  • Proficient in computers and experience with SuccessFactors will be desirable
  • Bachelor's degree/working towards
  • Proficiency in English
