Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Indian Head Esso. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence in our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate Daily Operations: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and store performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive sales growth.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage inventory, and oversee store operations to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Implement Price and Credits Policies: Develop and maintain accurate pricing and credits policies to ensure compliance with company standards and maximize sales revenue.
- Locate, Select, and Procure Merchandise for Resale: Identify and source high-quality products that meet customer demands and company standards, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.
- Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and manage budgets, track sales revenue, and monitor expenses to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Resolve Issues and Improve Customer Satisfaction: Address customer complaints, resolve issues promptly, and implement measures to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Recruit, Hire, and Supervise Staff: Identify, recruit, and develop high-performing team members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in retail sales management or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
