Senior Manager, Global Finance Regulatory Risk Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Global Finance team. As a key member of our Regulatory Risk Governance group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and implementation of our Global Finance Regulatory Risk Governance strategy
- Ensure compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures
- Monitor and improve internal controls for Global Finance operations across Canada, IB, GWM, and GBM
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Finance, Audit, Operational Risk, and Compliance Risk
- Design and maintain specific training programs to ensure ongoing compliance with changing regulatory requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Finance, Audit, or Risk environments
- Professional Accounting designation (CPA) is preferred
- Solid understanding of financial and management reporting principles
- Strong knowledge of risks impacting banking and finance, internal controls, and evaluation
- Strong analytical, data visualization, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Solid communication skills, with ability to interact with various Finance units at different management levels
