Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team at MAC. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a leading role in driving sales, customer service, and operational excellence in our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing our team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to our clients.
  • Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Manage retail operations, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
Requirements:
  • Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
  • Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
