We are seeking a highly skilled Bar Manager to join our team at Silverstar Brewing Corporation. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Analysis and Management
Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement, ensuring the bar's profitability and efficiency.
Staff Supervision and DevelopmentLead and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality beverage preparation.
Inventory Management and ControlOversee the ordering, storage, and inventory management of beverages, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
Customer Service and ExperienceProvide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons and promoting a welcoming atmosphere.
Regulatory ComplianceEnsure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to liquor service and responsible serving practices.
Requirements- Education and Experience
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Skills and QualificationsExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications and LicensesServing It Right Certificate and Smart Serve certification.
Transportation and TravelOwn vehicle and valid driver's license.
