Job Summary

Sohani Party Tent Rental Ltd. is seeking a skilled General Laborer to join our team. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the installation, assembly, and repair of equipment, as well as loading and unloading goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
  • Picking and Stocking: Pick orders and stock goods in a fast-paced environment.
  • Wrapping and Packing: Wrap goods and pack and unpack goods with care.
  • Sorting and Stacking: Sort, crate, and stack goods efficiently.
  • Securing and Storing: Install, lash, and secure goods, and store cargo and materials safely.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Assist with the installation, assembly, and repairs to equipment.
Work Environment

As a General Laborer, you will work in a variety of locations, including outdoors, at heights, and in hot environments. You will be required to handle heavy loads, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and perform tasks that require bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for long periods.
  • Personal Qualities: Be energetic, goal-oriented, hardworking, and a quick learner with strong time management and organizational skills.
