Job Title: Administrative Officer

Kami Cabs Ltd. is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Assist in the management of our office, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to new team members and assist in their development.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
