About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled BIM professional to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the efficient and effective implementation of digital tools that support the design processes across the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage digital tools and processes to support design and construction projects
  • Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, and libraries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital elements with various systems
  • Provide training and support to staff on BIM-related tools and technologies
  • Contribute to the development of technical documents and working drawing packages
Requirements
  • Relevant education in architecture, technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a BIM-related role or as an architectural technologist
  • Excellent research skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo, and other software applications
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members
  • Strong technical skills and a passion for new technologies and software systems
