About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global Talent Acquisition, Delivery team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for providing recruitment support for corporate roles, leveraging your knowledge of local, regional, and cultural nuances to handle unique language and time zone requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our S/4 Hana Implementation project
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand current and future recruitment needs
  • Source and select candidates using a variety of methods, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals
  • Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations to ensure the best fit for the role and the company
  • Manage the job offer process, including negotiation and consultation
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with internal stakeholders to understand current and future recruitment needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure the team is always ahead of the curve
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a recruiter in a corporate environment, with a minimum of 2 years in high-volume technology recruitment for salaried positions
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment policies, programs, processes, and functions
  • Ability to apply recruitment knowledge and experience across multiple functions and overflow as needed
  • Customer-obsessed, with a focus on ensuring candidate experience and support is a top priority
  • Effective in navigating competing priorities, including volume, location, and stakeholders
