Service Technician II

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at All Weather Windows. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of quality in our window and door products.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform on-site repairs and installations of windows and doors in homes and businesses
- Operate a company truck and service local calls in a timely and efficient manner
- Inspect job sites, measure sealed units, and replace capping and caulking as needed
- Handle on-site problems and perform heavy lifting of glass to complete site glazing
- Maintain detailed paperwork and train Service Assistants as needed
- Represent the company in contacts with dealers, contractors, and homeowners
- Comply with all Health & Safety regulations
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools
- Good customer relations, written and verbal communication skills
- Innovative and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on scaffolding at heights over 12 feet and lift at least 50 lbs
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License and clean Driver's Abstract
- Pass pre-employment Drug & Alcohol Testing
