Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at MassLynx Consultants Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Establish and maintain work priorities to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

35-40 hours per week. English language required.
