We are seeking dedicated Rehabilitation Assistants to support our operations in Acute Care, Long-term Care, and Home Health. A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are essential.

As a member of the Central Okanagan community, you will play a vital role in implementing rehabilitative treatment plans and assisting Occupational Therapists in tracking and assessing the progress of patients and clients.

Working within a client-focused framework and as a key player in the Rehabilitation Team, your contributions will significantly influence the advancement of patient needs and their rehabilitation journey.



Key Responsibilities of a Rehabilitation Assistant:

  • Utilize your skills to operate at the highest level of your expertise.
  • Engage with patients through consistent and effective therapeutic interventions.
  • Facilitate meaningful progress in addressing patient needs and their rehabilitation path.
  • Act as an essential member of the rehabilitation team.
  • Provide valuable insights to the rehab team, ensuring comprehensive patient care.
