Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Secretary to join our team at 2537431 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our administrative staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, direct and control daily operations, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Staff Management: Motivate staff, train staff, and establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective team management.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay telephone calls and messages, and respond to employee questions and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
