Floor Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team at All Clear Building Maintenance Ltd as a Floor Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
- Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a dust-free and allergen-free space
- Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain high standards of hygiene
- Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment
- Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and visually appealing environment
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines
- Repetitive tasks requiring attention to detail and physical stamina
- Physically demanding work requiring standing, walking, and bending
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday
- Standing for extended periods to complete tasks and maintain a clean environment
