About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Mergers and Acquisitions Tax team at KPMG Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice to clients on complex M&A transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead tax due diligence on M&A transactions
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize client outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality tax services
  • Stay up-to-date with changing tax laws and regulations
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in M&A tax advisory services
  • Strong technical skills in tax planning and structuring
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
