Job Title: Production Supervisor – Assembly

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Sound Design Technologies Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the assembly process, ensuring high-quality products, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assembly Line Management: Supervise and coordinate the assembly process, ensuring that products are manufactured to the highest standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of 11-15 labourers in processing, manufacturing, and utilities.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that products meet our high standards.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless production and delivery.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 5 years or more in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
