We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the front desk, lobby, and guest entrance are "picture-perfect" for optimal first impressions.
  • Provide direct reports with the resources, direction, coaching, and feedback required for their continuous development.
  • Process check-ins, check-outs, registers transactions, and provides information on hotel services and room location.
  • Assist staff with problem payments, accurately direct billing companies, and processing all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
  • Maintain product knowledge of all room types, promotions, rate plans, and hotel and community amenities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in front desk or in a hotel is an asset.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Tech-savvy.

Working Conditions:

This position may include dayshift, afternoon, or evening shifts any day of the week or weekend and the occasional night audit shift if needed. This position will require long periods of standing and may require lifting and bending.
