Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at AGGARWAL GROCERY HUB INC. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Merchandise Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and display of merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that the store is visually appealing.
- Sales and Customer Service: Foster a positive shopping environment, engage with customers, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock takes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to minimize stock discrepancies.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
