Job Title: Recreation Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recreation Program Coordinator to join our team at Causeway Work Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing recreation programs for individuals with mental health disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and implement recreation programs, including sports, fitness, and leisure activities
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and service providers
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure program success and client satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as recreation, leisure studies, or a related field
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
