Food Service Manager

Copper Branch is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
- Leadership: Lead and instruct staff in various areas of responsibility.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Language: English.
