Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Solderer to join our team at CO-UP AUTO BODY REPAIR. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, reading and interpreting blueprints, and ensuring that welds meet standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret Welding Process Specifications: Read and interpret welding process specifications to ensure accurate and efficient welding.
  • Read and Interpret Blueprints: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes to ensure accurate and efficient welding.
  • Examine Welds: Examine welds to ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications.
  • Operate Equipment: Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment, brakes, shears, and other metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines.
  • Maintain Equipment: Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.
Work Environment

As an Auto Body Solderer at CO-UP AUTO BODY REPAIR, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
